For us, the preparation of our dishes begins with the selection of the individual components. Even the conversations with our producers are a pleasure. We also swear by seasonal regionality. Our fish swim comfortably through local waters, our cattle graze on alpine pastures in the Mühlviertel region and when it comes to tomatoes, we only trust in Austrian quality.
